By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Diana R. Tamondong-Lachica, Assistant Secretary of Health for Care Delivery, Quality and Patient Safety, Hospital Systems Cluster, and Concurrent Director IV, Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB); addressed to concerned DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals; includes a link to access the list of Level 3 hospitals with specialty capability as of June 30, 2026 (list includes public and private hospitals, which also include DOH hospitals not prior designated for specialty care).
This issuance originated from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Health Systems Development and Management Support Division. Reference this issuance along with DC No. 2026-0580, which contain status of functionality of specialty centers in designated DOH hospitals.
