By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Diana R. Tamondong-Lachica, Assistant Secretary of Health - Care Delivery, Quality and Patient Safety, Hospital Systems Cluster, and Concurrent Director IV, Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB); addressed to all DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals; includes a link to view the summary of assessments of specialty centers designated in the DOH hospitals as of June 30, 2026, in aid of disseminating the information, and guidance to the health facilities concerned.
This issuance originated from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Health Systems Development and Management Support Division. Reference this issuance along with DC No. 2026-0585, which contain other public and private Level 3 hospitals with specialty capability.
