Signed and issued by Acting Secretary of Health, Dr. Edwin M. Mercado, amendment to ensure the adoption and implementation of UNA Para sa Kalusugan, defined additional four management clusters and redistributed offices and agencies under the said clusters. Defined the Hospital Systems Cluster to include the Health Facility Development Bureau, Health Human Resource Development Bureau, Public-Private Partnerships for Health Office, all DOH hospitals, and GOCC specialty hospitals.
The issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the secretariat of the DOH Executive Committee under the Health Policy Development and Planning Bureau.
