By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals; as established at the 72nd World Health Assembly for worldwide celebration every September 17, this issuance includes a link to WPSD materials and other guidance documents, and a link for submission of photo and video documentation of 2026 WPSD celebrations of health facilities.
This issuance originated from the DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Policy, Planning and Program Development Division, attention to the Patient Safety Program Manager.
