Pujalte, Jr.; addressed to DOH regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, and chiefs of hospitals; also refers to the compliance to R.A. No. 12009, the New Government Procurement Act and its IRR with regard to commencement of procurement activities. (By this issuance, prior DM No. 2026-0050 and other issuances inconsistent are repealed, amended, or modified.)
