Approved and signed by the Secretary of Health, Dr. Teodoro Herbosa, outlines guidelines for procurement, implementation, and monitoring of HFEP-funded projects; covers HFEP-funded projects in the GAA to be implemented by the DOH Central Office, CHDs, DOH hospitals and DATRCs, BOQ, LGUs and other government health facilities. Includes as annexes to this Order, samples of documents, and table of standard durations of construction per project cost in aid of compliance to this Order.
