By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Melissa T. Sena, Officer-in-Charge Assistant Secretary of Health, Cluster B, and Concurrent Director IV, Health Facility Development Bureau; addressed to all DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, and chiefs of hospitals; includes as annex to the issuance, synopses of the health facilities by the performance criteria under the DOH Green and Safe Health Facilities Manual, in aid of dissemination of the information.
This issuance originated from the DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Facility Performance Management Division.
