By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to concerned DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, chiefs of the concerned hospitals, includes the list of 20 DOH and LGU hospitals requested to submit their best practice documentation by their respective GVA performance criteria, and a download link and as annex to the issuance, a copy of the best practice documentation template to aid the timely submission on or before May 22, 2026 (Friday).
