Officers' Training - July 12, 9:30AM & Meeting Handouts

Update 7/14/17: Did you miss this meeting or lose the handouts? Would you like to review the Powerpoints? Would you like to share the information with another member of your club? Click here for those helpful New Officers Orientation Resources 7/12/17. We have scheduled a President/VP training meeting for Wednesday, July 12th at the Orange Park garden club at 1820 Smith Street in Orange Park. Their website has directions to their club. Both the president and vice president of your club are invited to attend. If you cannot be present, please try to send an alternate. Try to arrive between 9:30 and 10:00, so we can get started by 10:00 at the latest.

The program will conclude around noon -- WITH THE EXCEPTION of those folks who want to be there when we discuss Clubs that have Circles. We have four of these right now.

Some of our board members will also be in attendance in case you have some specific questions.

If you would, please respond to the District Director with the following information:

    • Who will attend from your club? (The Orange Park club has graciously offered to provide coffee, tea, and snacks, and need to know how many people are coming.)

    • Do you have specific topics you would like us to cover?

    • Please send short descriptions of two or three of your most successful recent programs.

  • Please provide info about upcoming projects or other info you want in the Fall Florida Gardener magazine.
