You are invited to the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, District IV Spring Meeting.

Friday, May 5, 2017

PLACE: Outlet Malls Community Room, 500 Outlet Mall Blvd, St. Augustine FL 32084

TIME: Registration and Snacks, 9:00 to 10:00AM.

The Business Meeting starts promptly at 10AM.

COST: $20.00 if postmarked by April 21, 2017. This registration fee includes morning refreshments and a catered lunch.

Make checks payable to The Garden Club of St. Augustine.

Late Registration postmarked after April 21st and at the door: $22.00. Seating is Limited. No refunds after April 21.

Club Presidents and District Officers and Committee Chairmen wishing to make a report or an announcement should submit written materials to Director-elect, Jan Litchfield by April 21. See the Call Letter link below for specifics.

POST-MEETING EVENTS:

Incoming Club Presidents and Vice-Presidents are invited to a short meeting with the District Officers and the District Committee Chairs after the District meeting, to meet one another and learn about some upcoming plans.

A short workshop will be held after the District meeting for those club members interested in learning more about the FFGC Awards process. Please contact Sue Swain (esswain@att.net) or Eileen Zebroski (emzebroski@aol.com) to let them know you would like to attend.
