It begins with expert consultations to map cognitive taxonomies and global shifts such as Industry 4.0, followed by market needs assessments across automotive, FMCG, and technology organizations to identify functional skill gaps. Empirical performance loop data is then gathered through graduate tracer studies analyzing alumni placement, which is benchmarked against international accreditation standards such as ASEM and ABET criteria. The phase concludes with an internal SWOT analysis to isolate structural gaps in existing course structures.

The structural synthesis and deployment phase converts these diagnostic findings into an active academic framework. Guided by university rectorate directives mandating student centered learning, knowledge areas are synthesized into eight distinct blocks forming a 144 credit, eight semester sequence. Following peer review and approval by the Academic Senate, clear course equivalency mapping matrices are defined to preserve student progress.
