INSTITUTIONAL REPORT of BAN-PT ACCREDITATION PROCESS and TASK FORCE ASSESSMENT

Accreditation of Engineering Management 

This official portfolio section synthesizes my roles as Secretary of the Engineering Management Study Program and Appointed Chairman of the Accreditation Task Force during the BAN-PT accreditation process at Institut Teknologi Del. Operating under Dean’s Decree, I directed multi-departmental operations across the Preparation, Visitation, and Post-Evaluation phases. I maintained direct accountability for compiling and validating three critical regulatory books (Buku IIIA, Buku IIIB, and the Buku Evaluasi Diri) while synchronizing parameters across cis.del.ac.id and dp3.del.ac.id to align with ABET and ASEM benchmarks.

During the drafting and on-site defense, I authored Standard 2 (Governance & Quality Assurance), co-authored Standard 5 (Curriculum Map for the 144-credit curriculum), and drafted the Strategic Plan (Renstra). As the primary operational liaison during the field assessment (Asesmen Lapangan), I led live data defenses for BAN-PT assessors, guided document retrieval, and demonstrated core infrastructure. This included showcasing scientific laboratories, central library, the Enterprise Optimization and Simulation Lab (ESOL) running software like MatLab, SPSS, and R, as well as the campus's 1 Gbps fiber optic backbone.

Following the audit, I directed post-visitation refinement loops across 16 campus entities, embedding Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) monitoring into daily academic and support workflows. I coordinated continuous quality improvement (CQI) protocols with IT, library, and maintenance teams, while facilitating infrastructure partnerships like the Astra Lean Production System Laboratory. These structured workflows successfully guided the program through the SAPTO pipeline under national identifier Manajemen Rekayasa / Institut Teknologi Del, advancing from Proses AK through Proses AL to establish the department as a regional center of excellence.
