My work sits at the intersection of instructional design, LMS architecture, and AI model evaluation, a combination few people in L&D bring together. Years of building and auditing corporate training systems taught me how to judge whether content actually teaches something, a skill that transfers directly to evaluating AI generated learning material for accuracy, pedagogical soundness, and bias. I'm formalizing this through a self directed AI fluency program alongside my existing L&D credentials, and my PhD research focus centers on evaluation frameworks for AI generated recommendations in workplace learning systems. I hold an MBA from THWS (Germany) and German B2, and I'm targeting remote international roles connecting the DACH region and Southeast Asia.
