ASTRA Lean Production System Lab

ASTRA Lean Production System Lab (Laboratorium Sistem Produksi) is a laboratory established at Institut Teknologi Del's Faculty of Industrial Technology in Sitoluama, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Built in partnership with PT Astra, the lab teaches lean manufacturing grounded in Toyota Production System principles including 5S, waste elimination (Muda), Build in Quality, and pull systems. As part of the founding development team, I helped build the practicum modules that translated these concepts into hands on exercises for students, and coordinated lab setup logistics including budget planning, equipment procurement, and the MOU launch with Astra.
