How to Prepare the Solution
Water level: Pour about 2 centimeters of warm tap water into a shallow foot basin or container.
Add salt: Gradually add standard refined table salt while stirring continuously.
Reach saturation: Keep stirring for about 5 minutes until no more salt dissolves and solid crystals sit at the bottom of the basin. [1]
Treatment Protocol
Soak time: Submerge the affected area completely for 30 minutes once a day.
Aftercare: Rinse the skin thoroughly with clean tap water and pat dry.
Duration: Continue the daily routine for 8 weeks without interruption
