While its main use is to compensate our admin team for their time and effort, group credit is also available for players to earn through play, as an alternative to spending USD in group sales!
Group Credit (GC for short) can be spent in a few ways for players; rare items, semicustoms, and eggs can all be purchased when group sales are active!
Earning

During each group Season, a prompt will be available for activities which earn GC. Usually this involves making gift art for another player! More or higher effort art will earn you more GC, but the base rate is high to allow folks with less time a chance to earn it as well.
A few notes; Commissioned art (whether commissioned by you for another player, or commissioned by the 'giftee'- thus making it not a gift) cannot earn GC! It's intended to be a reward for doing something nice for another player.
Collaborations can earn GC, but must be done as a gift for a player who is NOT involved in the collab.
