Tricks & Treats, Haunts & Shades

Young and old dergons alike hop from house to house throughout the harvest season, begging for treats, being given treats, being swatted with brooms for trying to steal treats, pulling pranks on people who won't give them treats... They have fun.

Your dergons can Trick or Treat! 'Tricking' consists of pranks, scaring other dergons, stealing treats, other things in the mischevious spirit, or the consequences of such. 'Treating' consists of dergons dressing up, waiting nicely for their treats, chaperoning hatchlings (or smaller dergons... they don't always get the whole 'adult, but smaller' thing,) and being good dergons who don't make the season a terrifying hellscape!

You may claim one Trick and one Treat for free, without a drawn or written entry, while additional entries require an art piece; at minimum, a colored fullbody or 600 words, with at least a simple background or a few props (autumn themes, candy, or pumpkins encouraged)! Up to four dergons may participate in a Trick or Treat piece, and these may be mixed Trick and Treat entries! Trick or Treat art may be collaborated, but not commissioned! Each collaborator must include one of their own dergons to use it for this event. 

The Zephyrous Archipelago is home to many strange creatures, not least of all the dergons! But as an unusually insistent autumn turns these lush aerial isles to vivid oranges, another strange creature has been spotted... it looks like a dergon, but no one's been able to say so for sure. Rumors are flying about this strange denizen of the Archipelago, and teams of Dergons are flying out to take a closer look.

These entries will go towards a slot raffle for Barlowe 056 or Candleflight 074, and might go towards something more mysterious lurking in the shadows...

You may claim one raffle entry for free, without a drawn or written entry, while additional entries require an art piece; at minimum, a colored fullbody or 600 words, with at least a simple background. Dergons should be depicted searching for Barlowe or consulting Candleflight on spooky stories! Up to four dergons may participate in each entry, and you may make up to three drawn entries. You'll earn an additional raffle ticket for each entry piece, not per dergon!
