Snowcap makes a solid white blanket centered on the hip and wingtips, which features several small to midsize holes which let the rest of the design show through. The edge of the blanket can be soft, textured, or hard, but the holes should be mainly hard edged.
Layering Rules
White gene: Layers over most markings, except other White, Black, and Dilution genes.
Can use any color in the White slider. In Hom form, may have a gradient of any color in the Offwhite slider.
Hard, Textured, Border, Cloudy, Soft, Gradient
Small Holes, Marking Break
Must Touch Spine
Snowcap must appear noticeably on the hip at minimum. It may use the Maximum range in Het. form, or the Extended range in Hom. or Super form.
Snowcap may fuse with and fade into Appaloosa and/or Sunbleach. The three together may form a large, textured roan/appaloosa effect with varying density and a large amount of holes.
Spotting may cause Snowcap's holes to be spots instead. These spots follow Spotting's color rules, and Spotting can still create spots outside of Snowcap's range.
