Collar

Collar is a very free marking, and within its range it can make almost any shape. It can mimic other markings, have intricate cutouts similar to Mask, or it can be simpler, wrapping around the neck like Ringed or forming a solid block of color like Hood.

Layering Rules
Can freely layer under & over markings, except White, Black, and Dilution genes

Color

Can use any natural or base slider color. In Hom form, Collar may have up to two markings, in a gradient. In Super form it may have a second 'layer' of color, forming an interior to Collar's shapes.
