Bloom
Bloom creates patches of layered color, with one larger set of patches, and another color in smaller patches on top. These should be rounded in shape, and should have no defined sharp corners or straight edges.

Can freely layer under & over markings, except White, Black, and Dilution genes

Can use any natural or base slider color. Can be up to two colors, one base and one layered above. In Hom form, may have a third color layered on top. In Super form, both colors can have a gradient.
