Bloom creates patches of layered color, with one larger set of patches, and another color in smaller patches on top. These should be rounded in shape, and should have no defined sharp corners or straight edges.

Can freely layer under & over markings, except White, Black, and Dilution genes

Bloom must have at least one patch, and can cover up to 40% of the dergon when het, or 60% when hom.
