Below are several categories of rules and requests which a player may include when writing a slot for another player.
Rules are group enforceable, and admins will not process a breeding in which one or more slot rules have been broken. The slot will not be used up if the breeding is disallowed. Requests are player made, and the responsibility of both players to agree to and follow, but admins will process the breeding after double checking with the slot recipient if requests are not followed. It's heavily encouraged to disclose any unusual requests you plan to include (such as not allowing a dergon to be bred to a specific gender) BEFORE striking a deal or writing out a slot.
Rules
Clutch Type/Splitting:
Whether a slot is given fully to the recipient, or to be used as a split slot specifically, usually with the owner of the dergon. If the split is intended to be used with someone else, the player writing the slot should indicate the intended participant, or mark it as Full, with splitting allowed, as this will let the recipient determine the other player participating in the split clutch.

Tagging
A player may request to be tagged/mentioned or not tagged in a posted breeding or breeding results. When the slot is used, you'll get a reply to the original comment either way, but you may request to be tagged directly in the results!

Tag me in the results
Do not tag me
Split Slot Results
When a slot is split with the person writing it, that person may request a specific feature to go to them if a hatchling has it. This request cannot be used to claim an entire clutch, and is intended to record geno plans or other notes, or give precedence to a request in the case of a dispute. This request also does not lock out a player from receiving genos, if none of them happened to fit the request! This should be discussed and disclosed before the writing of a slot.
Claiming a geno with the Crested variation
Claiming a geno that didn't inherit Scalemarks
Dergon Character Rules
You may request certain things to be done with your dergon; these are characters after all, not just sets of numbers and chances. Requests such as the breeding being canonical or noncanon to your dergon's story are allowed!
If one of your dergons has an established character trait of not wanting to pair with personality types or genders, you may request that players respect this. As dergons do not have distinct sexes, this is purely character based, and as such, please inform other players of this character choice before writing a slot. This request MAY NOT be used to perpetuate homophobia or other bigotry (such as including a "straight pairings only" request on every slot written), and is intended as a way for people to extend a characterization to a group mechanic where possible.
This slot is noncanon, please do not involve this dergon in these hatchlings' stories
Please ask before involving my dergon in these hatchlings' stories
This dergon is a lesbian; please don't breed them to masculine-identifying dergons
This dergon is gay; please only breed him to masculine-identifying dergons
