Request for Proposal (RFP) Outline for Deraya

I. Purpose of RFP

Deraya aims to provide courses that are designed to increase individual awareness and enrichment. It also aims to provide individuals with the tools to effectively utilize changes and innovations in the domain that aligned with Saudi vision 2030.

By investing in Deraya and considering the most probable situation, investment will be recouped before the end of the third quarter and gaining a benefit of more than 50,000SAR. With favorable circumstances, the company will break even by the second quarter and gain benefits around the double of the most probable situation.

II. Organization’s Background

Deraya is a start-up educational initiative founded in January 2020. Deraya's main objective is to facilitate better and quicker understanding of market relevant knowledge for young students. To achieve its objective Deraya will initiate many learning courses and is looking forward to any new and innovative projects that are helpful in the educational field.

Our mission: Foster individual knowledge and skills by developing and offering a collection of innovative and diverse programs.

III. Basic Requirements

To establish the Deraya program we require a 30,000 SR investment to create and conduct the learning courses.

Deraya Website: To allow students to register, pay and get the certificate.

1. Accessibility and usability.

2. Provide online payment for students.

3. Allow students to view course information like date, place and outlines.

4. Allow students to download and print their certificate.

Training course: To provide the course details and information

1. Course duration: the course duration is 10 hours.

2. Content: must get the content from an expert institution.

3. Location: the courses must be held at rental workspace like: astrolabs, URhub , sheworks.

4. Trainers: acquire 2 qualified trainers as volunteers.

Physical place: to gather the students and present the courses

1. Must be enough for thirty students, one trainer and one assistant.

2. The location must be in the middle of Riyadh.

Equipment and tools: To facilitate the presentation of the course

1. One projector and one personal computer.

2. Notebooks and pens that match student numbers.

3. Catering includes: coffee and snacks.

IV. Hardware and Software Environment

The website will be compatible with different devices and web browsers and implements the best practices of UX/UI. With a design that implements usability standards and is tested and validated before launching to users¹ .

V. Description of RFP Process

The RFP is initiated by the project sponsor Monira Aloud and conducted by the project manager Lama Almarri for the aim of getting a loan from an investor. This RFP will be sent to Mohammad to invest in Deraya and gain his financial backing.

VI. Statement of Work and Schedule Information

Deraya aims to open its doors to students within 6 months from 9^th of February 2020 to 15 ^th July 2020.
