Project Objectives

Provide 24 training courses within a year that are designed to increase individual awareness and enrichment .Moreover, cooperate with three institutions in Riyadh that are interested in the educational CSR program.

Main Project Success Criteria

Complete the project on 05/04/2020 and within our budget .

Approach

• Project will be tracked using standard project management processes.

• Project Manager will conduct weekly status meetings with Project Team, Sponsor and any affected client agencies.

• We will use collaboration tools like zoom and project management tools like trello.

• Documentation will be maintained in both the google site and word document through drive.
