1. Did the project meet the scope, time, and cost goals?

Deraya has met the constraint of the project; scope and time as planned for it.

But unfortunately, the costs are overdue to some of the external resources that need to be covered under unexpected situations. Such as hiring a curriculum developer.

2. What was the success criteria listed in the project scope statement?

The success criteria that were listed are to gain the satisfaction of students by a minimum of 80%. Also, go live within six months and utilize a budget of no more than 100,000 SAR.

3. Reflect on whether or not you met the project success criteria.

Most of the success criteria were met. however, there was an increase in the overall project cost but it was within the acceptable range.

4. In terms of managing the project, what were the main lessons your team learned?

The main lessons that we have learned while working on this project were:

• A good project sponsor is helpful to the project success.

• Team-oriented work was necessary because we have learned that the output of work that we do as a team is higher quality, more creative and easier than when done individually.

• Expert judgment and peer review was crucial to get insights and feedback from others' perspectives on the work that has been done.

• Spending a fair amount of time developing a good Scope Statement, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Work Breakdown Structure, Gantt chart. Which is clearly reflected in implementing what we have planned.

• Software like Trello, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, google drive, Lucidchart, in our opinion, are an important asset to facilitate project management and communication.

• Presenting the project on Google sites was a perfect way to keep up with the whole project easily and effortlessly.

5. Describe one example of what went right on this project.

Teamwork and cooperation; at the beginning of the project we clearly defined task assignments that encourage personal accountability. Also, using minutes of meeting and Trello was an efficient way that helped to accomplish work on time.

6. Describe one example of what went wrong on this project.

The scope statement was constructed well, but it needed more details in two points which are out of scope and success criteria. The project success criteria needs to include more specific standards to measure it easily. On the other hand, The project out of scope needs to be more clear and obvious.

7. What will you do differently on the next project based on your experience working on this project?

With the experience and knowledge we acquired from the Deraya project, we need more understanding of allocating resources and determining task schedules. We will strive for better planning for the next project.
