Curriculum developer (CD) is responsible for looking for educational institutions to purchase training courses materials. As well as developing the course content which is aligned with Deraya’s objectives and goals. Moreover, (CD) will create innovative ways to improve the outcomes of the course such as new teaching methodologies, and attaining student feedback to review or find ways to ensure students’ engagement.
The (CD) will work in the Deraya’s head office.
The developer must start work within the next two weeks and will support for a year. she/he will be working for 35 hours/week. Bi-monthly innovation ideas and reports should be presented to ensure constant and undeterring focus on Deraya’s improvement.
Deliverables Schedule:
Deliverable 1: Endorsed Course Document
The document must include a list of educational institutions that provide training courses. Furthermore, it must have a comparison between courses and which courses are more aligned with Deraya’s vision and mission. The comparison must include course objectives, prices, legal rights and any other comparable benchmarks. This document must be presented monthly.
Deliverable 2: Course Development Document
The document will contain the name, main objectives, content and references for the courses. A justification for the necessity of these courses and their impact on Deraya’s success will also be a crucial part of this document. This document must be presented monthly.
Deliverable 3: Course Improvement Document
The document is about how we can improve our current courses. It must include the survey analysis after each course provided.This document will also contain benchmarking of successful training course providers including what tools they use, how they engage the students and how they evaluate the outcomes of the courses. This document must be delivered twice a month.
Applicable Standards¹:
Accuracy: The development courses must have supportable references.
Linkage: The courses need to be related to the business domain and help to achieve the business goals and objectives.
Breadth and Depth: The delivered document needs to provide a clear and complete justification for the necessity of the course.
Usefulness: The course development document needs to be written in a simple and clear reading format.

1- Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology or other similar fields (minimum)
2- Have at least 2 years of experience as a curriculum designer
3- Analytical skills
