We will evaluate the first round of applicants using a weighted system that takes into account the following:
In-person interview (50%)
Work experience (25%)
Education (15%)
Professional references (10%)
The three applicants with the highest combined scores will be shortlisted for a second interview. After this interview, the hiring managers will review and come to a consensus. The chosen candidate will be contacted and presented with an offer within one business day of the decision being made.
