Mentorship

Mentorship Sessions (Wed 22, 10:30-11:30 & 16:00-17:00)

New this year, there will be two mentorship sessions with a set of mentors to whom to ask diverse questions.

The mentorship sessions are a great opportunity to meet other researchers in Deep Learning. Students and researchers interested in receiving mentorship will be matched with more senior researchers that will share experience and career advice. There will be mentors with different backgrounds, coming either from industry or academia, and have studied/worked abroad and/or in Barcelona. The matchings will be done based on the mentee's interests and the mentor's backgrounds. You will have a 30 min time slot to share a friendly conversation with your mentor and then you’ll be able to interact with other mentors and mentees during the rest of the session.
