Instructions for presenters
All presenters are invited to include the DLBCN logo in their slides or posters., available here in a variety of formats and colours.
Talks
The duration of the regular (non-keynote) talks is 10 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions.
Come to the front of your auditorium 20 minutes for the start of your session to check the set up with the session chair and technical staff.
Presenters must wear face masks, also during their talk.
The slides can be projected in three different ways (only one is needed, others may be useful as back ups):
Join a GMeet call with your laptop/tablet/smartphone and share your slides from there. Your session chair will provided the URL for the GMeet call two days by Monday 20th December. (recommended)
Share a link to your slides from this form. Formats supported: Google Slides, Microsoft Powerpoint or PDF.
Bring your own laptop and connect to our beamer with an HDMI port.
Posters
The poster boards are of 93 cm width and 205 cm height, fitting A0 posters with vertical (portrait) orientation.
Set up your poster at least 15 minutes before the start of your poster session, and remove it before the end of the talks session afterwards.
Presenters must wear face masks, as well as all attendees while engaged in a discussion. If somebody is eating / drinking while speaking to you, please gently invite him/her to wear their masks or come later.
