We are honored to have been invited by the Consulate General of India to represent our art school at the inaugural India Day Parade in Seattle on August 16th, 2025. This vibrant celebration of India’s 79th Independence Day will showcase the rich cultural heritage of India, and we are excited to contribute!
Our volunteers are creating large 2D and 3D cutouts and sculptures inspired by Madhubani art, which will be displayed at the grand stand. Additionally, there will be a special performance highlighting the beauty and diversity of India’s artistic traditions.
This parade is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate India’s culture alongside the local community, and we look forward to sharing our work and creativity with everyone!
