Summer Institute

After a long year and a half away from campus, I was really looking forward to being back on campus in the Fall of 20201. At that time, I had a lot of questions about how a class could be taught in a hybrid format. I decided to attend CETLA's Summer Institute so I could learn about some technologies that would be available to instructors in the fall. During the institute, I learned about the OWL cameras that could be used by instructors to simultaneously stream in-person lectures. I also learned how to use Zoom features like polling, automatic attendance, and breakout rooms. It showed me once again what a great resource CETLA is to have and I look forward to attending future Summer Institutes.
