The seven Skills and Values listed below are instilled in every MLPD candidate. By applying the following Skills and Values, MLPD candidates are taught to not settle with the status quo. Instead, candidates are taught to become leading real estate professionals, who instinctively push the envelope and lift the industry to higher standards:
