Division: Overwatch Transhuman Arm (Led by DvL Thunder)

Requirements: 07+ or Level 55+

Description: Unlike the 2 other groups of the OTA Division who had more of an affinity for close combat roles, RANGER units rely on using their sniper for eliminating high-priority targets on the field at range. While lacking the maneuverability of  CROSS, they instead possess more health and a higher damage weapon.
