Special Event Parking

There may be times when an additional parking fee is required at special events.  Parking at Texas State football games is one example.  University departments planning to host or authorize any event must contact Parking Services concerning parking availability at least two weeks prior to scheduling the event (and prior to the dissemination of parking information to attendees), and must complete the Special Event Parking Request Form.

The special event parking fee to park in the LBJSC garage is $10/day. The special event parking fee to park in the Edward Gary Street garage is a reduced rate of $8/day.
