To ensure your students have CSRYE's choice for insurance, please do the following, depending on how your district works:
Family Purchase:
LTEP: Your Outbound coordinator or other designate will go into YEAH in April or so and will use the upper brown box and the correct drop-down choice to send the Student an email. In the email is a student-specific link that takes them to the website of the insurance company, and they can complete the purchase there.
District Purchase (For fixed fee districts)
For both LTEP and STEP, You will need the spreadsheet (which can be downloaded from the forms section on this website), and fill in the designated fields. Send that to csryeinsurance@gmail.com, and that will get forwarded to the Insurance comapny. They will bill you directly, and then the cards will be sent through.
