Explanation

1. Ready stock means the product is available in the marketplace.

2. Pre-Order means the product is available but requires an estimated waiting time first.

3. Out of stock means the product is not available in the marketplace.

4. Discontinued means the product is no longer being produced , but availability depends on whether it is in the marketplace catalog or not.

Ready Stock 

"The product (Product Name) is available and you can place an order directly. Thank you."

Pre - Order

"Hi, dear. The estimated delivery for pre-order products is 30 calendar days  depending on the arrival time of the product. Note as well that the packaging period is 3-4 working days. Thank you."

Out of Stock (OOS)

"Hi, dear. Apologies as the product (Product name) is currently out of stock & we can't confirm when it will be available again. You may check the online shop from time to time to see when the product becomes available again. Thank you."

Discontinue 

L1 agents can use script recommendations according to the availability of product stock on each platform. Whether Ready or Out of Stock.
