Question and Answer
Q: Why is the drying lotion becoming too dry, with mostly powder left and the liquid reduced?
Ans: Sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding the issue of the drying lotion becoming too dry and leaving mostly powder behind, we’d like to share a few tips to help prevent this:
Ensure the cap is tightly closed after each use. The product contains alcohol, a highly volatile ingredient that can evaporate quickly when exposed to air—especially if the bottle isn’t properly sealed or is opened frequently. This can lead to a loss of liquid, leaving only the powder behind.
Insert the cotton swab all the way to the bottom of the bottle. If you only dip into the upper liquid layer, the alcohol may be used up faster, while the powder settles at the bottom and remains unused, causing buildup over time.
Be aware that the powder may naturally settle or clump over time. Even if you shake the bottle, it might not fully mix again. This can also contribute to faster evaporation of the alcohol, leading to a drier product.
We hope these tips help improve your experience with the product.
