These Community Guidelines

apply fairly to all user activities on TotsRally (including posts, comments, messages, etc.) and are designed to support the healthy growth of our community. Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, content removal, or account restrictions. If any issues arise, please promptly use the in-app reporting function. These guidelines may be updated as needed, and any important changes will be communicated via announcements.

1. Restrictions on Inappropriate Content and Behavior

To foster a healthy community culture, the following actions are prohibited. Violations may result in restricted access to the service. In addition to the list below, any behavior deemed socially inappropriate may also be restricted.

If you witness any violations of the community guidelines, please actively use the report feature available in the app.

2. Protection of Children and Youth

TotsRally is available only to users aged 12 and above. This policy is designed to protect youth and create a safe online environment, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

(1) Usage Restrictions

Users under the age of 12 are not allowed to use this service. If false information is provided during sign-up to bypass the age restriction, the account may be immediately suspended.

(2) Age Verification

Age verification may be requested when necessary. Refusal to comply may lead to restricted access. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child under 12 is using the service, they may report it to customer support.

(3) Protection Measures

The following policies are implemented to safeguard the rights of children and youth and to ensure safe usage of the service.

Prohibited Acts and Content

If any of the above violations occur, access to the account may be immediately restricted. Depending on the severity of the violation, a permanent ban or a report to the appropriate authorities may also follow.


3. Protection of Personal Information

TotsRally strictly complies with relevant laws to ensure the secure protection of user personal information and implements the following safeguards.


4. Disciplinary Actions and Usage Restrictions

If inappropriate content or behavior that violates the Community Guidelines is confirmed, TotsRally may notify the user and take actions such as restricting account access. Depending on the severity and recurrence, temporary or permanent restrictions may be applied.

In cases involving legal violations, serious breaches of terms, or emergencies, sanctions may be imposed immediately, with notification provided afterward.

When a report is received from a user, an internal investigation will be conducted to determine appropriate measures, which may include notifying law enforcement if necessary.

Even if not explicitly stated in the guidelines, any behavior that violates social norms or threatens community safety is subject to disciplinary action.


(1) Disciplinary Measures

Disciplinary actions are applied in stages according to the severity of the violation.

Caution Notice

If the violation is minor, a notification will be sent to request behavioral correction.

Content Management

Content that does not align with the guidelines may be deleted or modified without prior notice.

Account Restriction

If violations are repeated, access to the service may be temporarily restricted.

If the same violation is repeated, temporary restrictions on the use of the service may apply.

Permanent Ban

If a severe violation of the guidelines is confirmed or if violations are continuously repeated, the account will be permanently banned from using the service.


(2) Appeals Regarding Restrictions

If users wish to appeal a restriction that has been applied to their account, they may contact the customer service center for guidance.
However, if the data retention period for the basis of the restriction has expired, appeals may not be accepted.


(3) Prohibition of Circumvention

Restrictions will only be lifted when the set period has expired or the appeal has been accepted.
Attempts to circumvent or neutralize the restriction using any other method after a violation is strictly prohibited.

If a restricted user accesses the service through another account, that account may also be permanently suspended.

These Community Guidelines will take effect starting February 28, 2025.
