Latest News about Mother of Dragons (and her bad leg!)
Some of you may know that I am not my usual mobile self and am hobbling about on crutches after an interesting 3 weeks. I now know that I have a prolapsed disc which is causing my leg pain so at lease I know what I am dealing with.
To help me cope during my recovery one of the things I am doing is a video blog and I thought I would share this - for those of you who are interested. It is helping me keep focused on the positive and recognise that my recovery will be a continuation of successes and days when it doesn't all go according to plan. I am hoping you might some benefit from me sharing this with you.
