  • There will be a maximum of 4 groups per session.
  • Players will stay socially distant throughout the session.
  • Balls and equipment will be cleaned before and after the session and will not be shared between groups.

Please bring your own hand sanitiser and use before the session and at the end of the session. You are also encouraged to use this regulary throughout the session.

Please also bring your own water bottles.

If you are showing corona virus symptoms please do not come to training and if you develop symptons after the session please let the coach know so we can inform other players.

Latest News about Mother of Dragons (and her bad leg!)

Some of you may know that I am not my usual mobile self and am hobbling about on crutches after an interesting 3 weeks. I now know that I have a prolapsed disc which is causing my leg pain so at lease I know what I am dealing with.

To help me cope during my recovery one of the things I am doing is a video blog and I thought I would share this - for those of you who are interested. It is helping me keep focused on the positive and recognise that my recovery will be a continuation of successes and days when it doesn't all go according to plan. I am hoping you might some benefit from me sharing this with you.
