Activity 1: Why are routines important? Watch this video (CLICK HERE). Most people do not naturally complete all their tasks in order. We need structure and reminders to get things done more quickly and efficiently. (Getting all our tasks done means we can move on to the fun stuff!!!) That's why routines are important. Even if you do not have ADHD, you can probably relate to this silly and informative video.
