How to Login to Connect Care

Once the specialty specific EUPA has been passed access is enabled by an automated process that takes 4-6 hours to complete. 

Logging in to the live patient care system, called production (PRD), is done by navigating to https://myapps.albertahealthservices.ca or by clicking the MyApps icon on the desktop of any AHS computer. 

Username and Password

Your AHS username and password are also your Connect Care login username and password

Login Department

Your login department is a function of specialty and location. Most providers will login to the zone virtual department, which follows a structure of Zone name + Specialty name e.g., Calgary Zone Neurology.
