As we come to the end of another school year - wow, where does the time go? - we have the opportunity to take a look at our task lists and reflect upon the work we have done as a team and as a school as a whole.
Back in the fall, we started with the MTSS Module 2 Tasks - Year 2. This tool guides us through best practices in building intervention systems. It helps us determine readiness, as well as putting systems in place for building literacy, math, and behavioral/social-emotional components to our intervention matrices. We also create systems for problem solving within each of these components.
Throughout the year, we can use the Module 2 Implementation Milestones to determine what we have in place and what we still need to put in place for an effective and efficient Intervention Matrix.

April finds us in uncharted territory, for sure. During this time, teams may have the opportunity for professional development and team time, to prepare for the end of the year, reflect on the current year implementation, and action plan for the upcoming school year.
For those that have access to the NCEES Modules, continue through that platform. For those of you that do not, we have hyperlinked the Google Sites below to our Module 2 content.
At the end of each unit there is a MTSS Team Meeting Agenda (2.1 included here). We charge you to:
1. Complete the Module 2 content
2. Complete the Team Meeting Agenda activities as a team
3. Create an Intervention Matrix with literacy, math, and behavioral/social-emotional and attendance components, so your team will be prepared at the start of the 2020-2021 school year!
