Kinetic Melee is a Primary Power Set for Brutes, Scrappers, Stalkers, and a Secondary Power Set for Tankers.
You mix fast light attacks and slow heavy attacks, including some with range. You tap into arcane energies that sap the kinetic motion of your foes, often reducing their strength for a brief time.
Some of your Kinetic Manipulation features indicate that they cause Pushback. If you use a Pushback feature that prompts your target to make a Saving Throw which fails, the target will be knocked away from the source of the effect by 15 feet. Pushback only affects creatures Large or smaller.
If your Pushback shoves a creature into an obstacle, such as a wall or a Huge or larger creature, it suffers 1d6 bludgeoning damage for every five whole feet it would have otherwise traveled. Divide the remaining distance by five and round down. Certain features may also have additional rules around Pushback.
Starting at 1st level, you can wrap your fists and feet in strange space-time distortions that permit you to make kinetic blows. Your unarmed attack becomes bludgeoning damage equal to 1d4 plus your Strength or Dexterity Modifier (your choice), plus any Endurance Dice you add as force damage. If you use your Action to make a Quick Strike, you can make another Quick Strike using your Bonus Action. If your Quick Strike attack roll is a critical hit, and you deal at least one point of damage, all creatures that your target attacks will resist its damage. This effect lasts until the end of your target's next turn.
You can use Body Blow and Smashing Blow at 1st level. You can use Power Siphon at 2nd level if you are a Brute or Scrapper, and at 8th level if you are a Tanker. You can use Concentrated Strike at 12th level if you are a Brute, Scrapper, or Stalker, at 15th level if you are a Tanker.
At 3rd level if you are a Stalker, you can take a moment to focus your senses. Roll at least one Endurance Die. You can add the result to every Kinetic Melee attack and damage roll you make until the end of your next turn. Using this feature does not cost an Action but you can only do it on your turn. This feature is not available to Brutes, Scrappers, or Tankers.
At 3rd level if you're a Brute or Scrapper, or at 6th level if you're a Tanker, you can use your Action to release kinetic energy outward in a cone 40 feet long and 30 feet wide. Each creature in that area must make a successful Dexterity Saving Throw or take 3d8 force damage and suffer Pushback. In addition, all creatures that your target attacks will resist its damage until the end of its next turn. If the creature's roll is successful, it takes half damage but suffers no other effect. This feature is not available to Stalkers.
At 7th level if you're a Brute, Scrapper, or Stalker, or at 11th level if you're a Tanker, you can use your Action to release kinetic energy outward in a tight spherical burst. In addition, all creatures that each affected target attacks will resist its damage until the end of the its next turn. If a creature's Saving Throw is successful, it takes half damage suffers no other effect.
