You have a keen awareness of the forces underlying human intent and determination, and you've developed or invented ways to manipulate them. You can affect the behavior of foes, freezing them in place or putting them to sleep, our even routing them away. Armed with such abilities, you are the backbone of any team, but you often depend on that team for protection. You are powerful, but you do have limits. What you lack in durability and offense, you make up for with a range of abilities that no one else has.
Starting at 1st level, you excel at defeating enemies under your control (or the control of anyone). Whenever you use any Primary or Secondary Power Set Feature that deals damage against any creature that is blinded, grappled, incapacitated, paralyzed, petrified, restrained, stunned, or unconscious, you deal double damage. Multiple status effects do not increase this damage further, and you do not need to be the source of the conditions affecting the target.
