Left Hand Position and First Songs

After learning how to assemble and hold the top half of the clarinet, this video will teach you some basic notes and songs.

Notice the angle of my thumb. Notice how it makes contact with the teardrop key above the F whole.

Notice how my fingers are naturally curved. Each finger is covering its assigned hole with the pad or "squishy bit" of my fingers. For now, our right hand will hold the instrument at the barrel.
