Top teeth firmly anchored 1/3 of the way down the mouthpiece.
Lower lip rolled over your teeth so that the red part of your lip is supporting the reed.
Corners should be drawn in around the mouthpiece.
Check your embouchure in the mirror compared to the images below.

Watch this to make sure you aren't making any common mistakes.
Too much mouthpiece taken. This is one of the most common causes of frequent squeaking.
Not enough mouthpiece taken. This will result in either no sound at all or a very thin, flat sound.
Lower lip not rolled in.
Lower lip rolled in too far. Red part not visible.
Mouthpiece angle is too low.
Mouthpiece angle is too high.
Cheeks are puffed. Keep the corners firm.
