Biography and References

Seth Arnold graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education with a focus on Instrumental Conducting from the University of Oregon. He was awarded academic scholarships and a jazz trombone scholarship. He is currently pursuing his Master’s of Music Education from Central Washington University through the American Band College. He currently leads seven performing ensembles at Kraxberger Middle School and Gladstone High School in Gladstone, Oregon where he teaches students from 6th through 12th grade. His bands have won awards at the League and State level, including a 5th place finish in 2018 and a 3rd place finish in 2019. Seth's students are consistently accepted into the Oregon All State Honor bands. Seth has performed with the Eugene Symphony, Oregon Mozart Players, and the Eugene Concert Choir. He also teaches privately and performs as a freelance trombone player in the Portland area.
