Getting Over My Fear of Trying New Things
In this episode, I talk about how I realized I had a huge fear of trying new things and how it showed up in ways I didn’t even notice at first. I share how I started pushing myself to try new foods and new experiences, even when it made me uncomfortable or anxious. I didn’t love everything I tried, but I learned that trying was the important part.
