Doing What Makes You Feel Like You
In this episode, I talk about the importance of carving out time for the things that make you feel most like yourself. For me, it’s karaoke nights with my sister and sitting down at the piano, but for you it might be something completely different — and that’s the beauty of it. We all have those simple activities that bring us back to who we really are, apart from the busyness and noise of life.
