Introduction

The Cipanguans or Sibero-Cipanguans are the second of the three major migration waves towards Cipangu and Magellania, though in this case only Cipangu. They originate from northern Siberia and have affinities towards the native populations of northeastern Siberia in particular. The Cipanguan languages belong to two or three language families.
