V REBRAM

The V REBRAM (and last) was held in the city of Florianópolis, SC and was the first (and also the last!) edition that took place in Southern region of Brazil. Two pre-REBRAM workshops were offered, one on AMF taxonomy by Dr. Joseph B. Morton and Sidney L. Stürmer (then a student) and another on Ectomycorrhizae taxonomy by Dr. James Trappe and Admir Giachini (then a student ).

The V REBRAM was the only one with a theme – Mycorrhizae and sustainable agroforestry management. This REBRAM had 9 talks given by Brazilian and foreign researchers and 104 abstracts presented orally or as posters.

Organizers: Dra. Margarida Matos de Mendonça, Dr. Vetúria Lopes de Oliveira, Dr. Paulo Emilio Lovato, Admir Giachini.
